Everything we do and recommend is centered on helping you hold your alignment. Often we can recommend just a small handfull of Pulstar or Activator adjustments aided by exercise, stretching, massage, cold laser, traction, nutrition, or Em-Probe therapy. Stretching or massaging the soft tissues or using cold laser therapy can bring about significant relief too. Cold laser adds energy to the tissues for faster repair. Proper nutrition can bring necessary ingredients to the damaged tissues. Sometimes, just giving 2 or 3 stretching exercises will also help.
